Sweetgo is engaged in 100% customer satisfication! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date.
Return Caution:
1. Email ken@sweetgo-home.com with your order number and you will receive your return authorization in 2 business day. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace a new item for free and we will afford the shipping fee, or a full refund if you want. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping fee and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
2. Return the item within 30 days of the ship date-WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
3. Return shipping address: We will provide you a new address when we approve your return apply by email ken@sweetgo-home.com.
4. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
5. If the package was damaged in shipping, please contact us by email within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
