All the stuff is sold on United States only, except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We will ship your orders using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods possible. Every product on our website has been carefully matched to a delivery company to provide you pleasant delivery experience. 

All the orders are free shipping. No custome duties and storages fees.

When your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking number. We encourage you to track your package online or call the carrier to check shipping status. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the shipping progress.

Potential Shipping Delays: FedEx and UPS are experiencing delays because of the increase in e-commerce volume and COVID-19.

SET UP DELIVERY
Our amazing local delivery agents will contact you and schedule your convenient time to deliver your beautiful furniture. Other things to note.

  • Delivery will be made by FedEx or UPS.
  • Delivery will be made between Monday to Friday during regular business hours.


SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE
If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you place an order. If your order is already on the way to you, there may have extra fee to change shipping address. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund.

You can track your order on UPS/FedEx website.

ORDER RECEIVING

Please be sure to sign the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery receipt and contact us by email ken@sweetgo-home.com within 5 days of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. If you have requested assembly service, please instruct the delivery agent to leave the original packaging. You are responsible for retaining the original packaging for returns. For any other problems with your order, please refer to our refund policy.
